This is a very solid example of a hard to find Healey. The car was a passion and personal project of a local well known car collector and owner of an automotive tune shop. The owner had owned this car for 35 years,he had researched and sought out only the best mechanical components for the restoration of the car. When starting the engine one only needs to stand on the outside of the car, turn the key and push the start button, the engine fires to a silky smooth start with a perfect idle. The mechanics are exceptional! The transmission is quite and tight,it is a four speed. The brakes are White Post and function exactly as designed. The wire wheels are true and the suspension components have been rebuilt. This is a very strong and drivable 100.The body is straight, the gaps are better than when delivered new.The frame ,undercarriage, and floorpans are solid.Detailing on the undercarriage would carry this car to a nice show level. The car is a very high quality, high integrity driver.I have bought and sold Healey cars for over thirty years,I am fully aware of how difficult it is to obtain a 100-4 ,let alone a good one.Contact me at 303-838-1111 for a discussion regarding this wonderful little Healey.
