For sale on e-bay: cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/

For sale is my Father in laws Healey. He has owned it since 1980 and now must reluctantly pass it on to a new caretaker. He had a stroke a few years ago and will no longer be able to enjoy it the way it should be.

It has been sitting in his garage for the last 3 years. I took it to my home a few months ago and have been getting it road worthy in my spare time. It is in fine original driver condition and ready to go. I am told that it still has the original paint and interior, the engine was rebuilt about 20 years ago and runs great but does have minor oil leaks. There are small dents (two are pictured) but no major rust. The floor pan is solid. Overall the paint still looks nice but is showing wear through in places. No electrical problems all lights are now in working order. The original top is in very good condition, it looks like it spent most of its life hidden behind the rear seat. The original windows are intact and fit well but the rubber seals around them are a bit hard. I did a complete brake job, nearly everything was replaced. Engine has been tuned and runs smoothly, trans shifts without problem the overdrive is working. Many parts were replaced during my work and I have receipts for them all. As you can see from the pictures it has a roll bar, it also has racing style seat belts that are not currently (it was never raced) installed but will come with the car. His wife would not ride in it until he installed these things.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
