The chassis is a drum brake, wire wheeled BN4 that looks like it was red because of the frame color. Rebodied with a Fiberfab Jamaican fibreglass body it is metallic green and is powered by a Chevy 327 with a Muncie or Saginaw 4 speed and the 4:10 Healey rear end converted to 14" disc wheels, 14" center lace wires in front. Car was converted in 1968-70 in Columbus, Ohio, USA. It retains much of it's front and rear superstructure with the firewall cut down 2 inches and the car's ID plate is present but the upper body plate is missing. I bought the car in December, 2013 and moved it to Southern California. It is registered with Year Of Manufacture plates from 1957, California's not as generally famous yellow plate with black characters. I intend to complete a restoration as a 60's re-bodied Healey with period 1960's accessories including center laced 15" wire wheels, and period mirrors, gas cap, Fiberfab glass seats, belts, SW instruments, many Healey interior parts and chassis upgrade to front disc brakes and all new chassis rubber/poly with proper set-up. It should be a fun sled at 300 hp, 2000 lbs. The car is currently roadworthy.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
