Car to be at auction 4/15
www.coys.co.uk/auction.php

Auction description:
Lot 116 - 1958 Austin Healey 100-6
Estimate: €44,000 - €50,000
Registration Number: German Registered
Chassis Number: BN4 LS46455

This particular Austin Healey 100/6 has been the recipient of a thorough and detailed restoration over a 2 year period from 2011 to 2013 by highly regarded German Austin Healey specialists. The cosmetics and mechanics were overhauled, including an engine rebuild, work on suspension, brakes, exhaust etc. were all included, as was the bodywork, which is finished in gleaming black with a new black leather interior and new all weather equipment. Sitting proudly on wire wheels and new tyres, this 100/6 indeed looks stunning from every angle.

The car has new historic German registration documents and its TÜV is valid until April of 2016. The car is said to have covered only 46,000 miles in its life and is ready to be used and enjoyed by its next custodian.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
