Sellers description:
1967 Austin Healey 3000 MK 3 BJ8 Barn Find and not on the road since 1982
I bought this Healey with the intention of doing a full restoration to it. The car was completely stripped to bare metal so I was in the process of restoration, and got as far as all the outside sheet metal being striped to bare metal, repaired, and straight, and epoxy primed. The front cowl section and rear of car has also been stripped to it's alumium The radiator has been serviced and checked, and other small parts have been painted. The Healey has a factory Black Exterior with Red Interior and its original Tonneau cover and King Dick jack. I have the "British Heritage Certificate" to authenticate that. The convertible top frame has also been striped and primed. The Healey will require floors and outer rocker panels.Much of the intensive labor work is completed on the outside sheet metal as you see in the photos, and the frame is solid except for 2 quarter size holes in the front horns. This car is a matching number vehicle and has not been touched since it was new. Yes the car has overdrive!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to list a Title type option in order to list the car, but there is no title and I bought it that way , there will however be a bill of sale.
I am only selling this car because I have way to many projects.
