Car offered at:
www.parkplaceltd.com/inventoryDisplay.aspx

Sellers description:
This BT7 Mark 1 is an original Colorado Red car with matching numbers engine that has been well cared-for through the years and sympathetically used, but never fully restored. It has been in the Seattle area since at least the early 1990s, and in care of its most recent owner since 1995. He had the engine and transmission professionally rebuilt in 2003 and he added chromed stainless Dayton wire wheels, a chrome luggage rack, and full tonneau. Notable features include factory Overdrive transmission, Heater, and adjustable steering column, and included with purchase are the BMI Heritage Trust Certificate, rebuild invoices, service records back to 1995, some history, driver handbook, workshop manual, original wheel hammer and jack, various extra parts, and all 5 of the original painted wire wheels. The car is registered on a desirable vintage 1961 WA Green Plate. This Mk1 is ideal for the enthusiast driver who wants a collectible Big Healey to use and enjoy without the hassle of owning $six-figure trailer queen

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
