Auction description:

Trim Colour: T.B.A.
MOT ExpiryDate: None

This early 1955 example of the 100 has been entered by the same recipient of the deceased estate and is in need of a total restoration and unfortunately, as with all the other cars from this source, the previous history is unknown. It has been stored for some twelve years and is a BN1 with the 2662cc four-cylinder petrol engine and we believe that all paperwork relevant to the car including the V5 registration document will be available by the time of the sale.

If that is the case that would mean it would be a fairly easy case to prove that the cherished registration number is with the car and this will be an exciting prospect for anybody to complete what should be a very simple and straight forward restoration.

Please note: The estimate on this vehicle has been altered to £1500 - £2500.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
