I've know of this car since 1972 when a friend of my brother bought it and drove it in high school. Off the road since 1976 but stored indoors. I think it had high compression pistons.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
