From the original austinhealey.com web site:

"Roy & Sheila Pringle, Orcas Island, Washington, USA: 1958 Healey Blue 100-6, BN4L-059379
What marvelous cars, these Healeys. Our 100-6 is a ground up restoration begun in Sep 1990 and finished in time for the 40th Anniversary Event at Breckinridge, Colorado. Joined 12 other Healey's from the Cascade Healey Club out of Seattle. Turned out to be the best way to break the car in after two years off the road. There were several good mechanics along, Tom Eller, our tour leader, among them. Since then we have been driving our Healey to various events and enjoying meeting other Healey enthusiasts."

Hello,
My name is Bruce Block. My siblings and I are having a big 50th Anniversary for our folks in December. We are looking for an Austin Healy in this year range to have for show at this event because that is what our Dad drove back when he met our Mom in Layfayette, Indiana. I know this is just a shot in the dark because I am not sure where you are located, or if you would be interested or if this is even possible? But, my motto that has worked for us so far in this event planning is... "it doesn't hurt to ask!" ha ha.
We are located outside of Beaumont Texas.
I appreciate your time reading this note and I hope it is a possibility we can talk about. Feel free to email me or call me. My cell phone number is 409 656 9295. My email is brucewblock@aol.com.

Thanks again, Bruce

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
