Sellers description:
1959 Austin Healey two seater. I purchased this car from a friend thirteen years ago. The car was a little nicer when I purchased it. The car has been sitting more than driven. This car was driven down interstate 15 during a snow storm last weekend, heater works great!! Blinkers work, all gauges work, the fuel gauge looses contact once in a while, besides that, this is a dependable driver and starts quick. The car runs very well although has some oil leaks. The car needs to be detailed and has a few chips in the paint. Look close to the drivers door to see the largest one, the drivers door edge also has chipped paint. As you can see the rust issue is not a problem.
have not had the car on a hoist yet. I have looked under the car and cannot see any rust. The car looks to have the origonal rivits in the tail pan and shows minor work on the front pan. The overdrive works very well with no problems with the trany. This is my driver as of today.
