31077 was probably built in late February or early March 1965 (like 31073, 2 - 3 March 1965 and 31081, 26 February - 2 March 1965. I think you are wondering if the car is really, as you entered, it a "1967". The British Motor Corporation did not build Healeys by "year". The model year is a USA concept. A car can be built in one year and not sold and registered until the next model year (or even a later one).
