4-speed with overdrive. Fully restored and matching numbers Healey in rare, one of 551, Golden Beige color. Completely restored according to the Austin-Healey Concourse Guide with no detail overlooked.
Details:
Nut and bolt, frame-off, rotisserie restoration completed in august 2010. All parts, nuts and bolts were either changed or restored to original Healey specification. Frame was sandblasted and then welded with an upgraded gauge of sheet metal. Frame was zinc coated, etch-primed and then sent to Neubert's Restoration shop for panel fitting and body work. Rare and original color Golden Beige anniversary color, one of 551 in Golden Beige. Original red interior has been changed to black. Restoration highlights include rebuilt engine, transmission and overdrive. Suspension was rebuilt and includes new splines, kingpins and new front and rear springs. Steering box has been rebuilt. All chrome restored and original gauges re-tooled. Includes original radio, new interior and new aluminum gas tank. This BJ8 was meticulously restored over 15 years and has less than 25 miles since restoration. Car is displayed featuring 72-spoke chrome wire wheels.

This Healey VIN : HBJ841619 is now in my position in Denmark, I bought it from Florida exactly 1 year ago. It's a great car, nicely restored and running well. The car is registered in Denmark, driving with Danish number plates.
