History of this Austin Healey BJ8:
Sold new in Europe on February 28, 1967, we know its history since 1995 when it was bought by a Dutchman, in 2017 it came to its last owner in Belgium.

Bodywork:
The body is healthy, it has excellent door and hood fit. It is equipped with additional long-range headlights for better visibility at night. Still in its original midnight blue color.

Saddlery:
The blue leather upholstery was restored several years ago, it is still in superb condition today, as well as the blue alpaca cowling. It is equipped with a superb new wooden steering wheel which is also associated with the new dashboard.

Motor:
Its mechanics are in perfect condition, regularly revised, it is equipped with a large HD8 carburetor. We have just replaced his clutch.

Gearbox :
The gearbox is in very good condition, it runs smoothly and the overdrive shifts quickly.

Running trains:
The front axle has been redone, very good handling. The behavior of the chassis is perfect. No games or noises are noted. The suspension is perfect. It has chrome rims and new tires.

Brakes:
The Austin Healey is already equipped with front disc brakes. The braking is perfect and in a straight line, all the brakes are coming out of overhaul.
