This striking-looking MKIII 3000 Phase 2 is a left-hand drive 1967 American export model that originally wore North Carolina registration plates. Prior to repatriation the `Big' Healey is said to have undergone an extensive and well documented restoration. The vendor acquired the car from Classic Automobiles, London in 2004 and has just treated it to a bare metal respray in the original eye-catching colours of Red over White. The carpets have also been renewed and the engine "tuned to perfection" by Hanwell Motors, London. The vendor now regards `TGC 449E' as having "excellent" bodywork, paintwork, interior trim, engine and gearbox and is selling it complete with Kenlowe fan and MOT into November.

This excellent example of a very late 67' build car is finished in the iconic Healey colours of red over white with a complementary red interior. It was purchased by its current vendor by Classic Cars in Armoury way ,Wands worth, in restored condition.
Since the current vendors purchase , the car has been used on sunny weekend days in and around London. Most recently TGC 449E has been subject to a respray and mechanical overhaul by the renowned Hanwells in North London.
This stunning example would make a superb addition to any enthusiasts stable and is surely an appreciating classic.

"TGC 449E" is a MKIII 3000 'Phase 2' that was originally exported to California in 1967. It was repatriated in 2003 after an extensive and well-documented restoration. Since 2003 it has had just three previous keepers and the odometer shows a believed genuine 64,879 miles. During 2011 the then owner commissioned the respected Rolls-Royce and Bentley specialists, Hanwell Car Centre, to carry out a bare metal respray in its original colours of Red over Cream. New carpets were also fitted and the interior re-connollised.
Accompanying this stunning "Big" Healey is a large history file containing photographic evidence of its restoration in the USA and the bare metal respray in 2011. Supplied with current UK V5C and a fresh MOT to June 2015, "TGC 449E" is presented looking resplendent and ready for a new owner to enjoy glorious open-top Summer motoring.
