Sellers description:
Well restored 1961 Austin Healey 3000 BN7 two seater. This car was supplied from the factory with a 124hp 3 litre six cylinder, dual SU carbs, a four speed with electrically operated overdrive on the top two gears. The car is spectacular, having undergone a full photo documented ground up restoration by a leading marque specialist. It now has just enough miles to be sorted out and is ready to drive. This body and trim is more pleasing to the eye with its closed rear cockpit and central mounted spare. It announces it is a pure open sports car with every detail and line. The car is finished in a dark British Racing Green with a well fitted, high quality, black interior with leather seats. All chrome has been refinished, upgraded sixty spoke chrome wire wheels have been fitted, the wiring harness has been replaced, the electrical systems and all mechanicals have been overhauled. Paint and bodywork is excellent and shows that the chassis was in nice condition prior to the restoration. There is a new top and side curtains should you decide to drive in inclement weather. An expensive remote controlled stereo system has also been fitted so one can enjoy music on those back road drives.
