This 1960 Austin-Healey 3000 BN7 Mk I was acquired by the seller in 1996 and is powered by a 2.9-liter inline-six that is backed by a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. The car is finished in Ivory White over black vinyl with white piping. Features include a black soft top, 15″ knock-off wire wheels, front disc brakes, and a hood scoop in addition to detachable side windows, a cabin heater, and bucket seats. This 3000 Mk I is now offered with a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Ivory White and equipped with a removable black soft top, which is a replacement. Other details include a hood scoop, detachable side windows, bright trim, and chrome bumpers with overriders. Revised headlights have been installed.

The 15″ knock-off wire wheels are mounted with Michelin tires that were installed in 2022, and the front springs were replaced in 2016. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums.

The bucket seats are trimmed in black vinyl with white piping, and the interior is appointed with a cabin heater and door storage pockets. The radio does not work.

The 2.9-liter inline-six featured dual SU HD6 carburetors from the factory for a rating of 137 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. The radiator and fan were replaced in 2025, and an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with Laycock de Normanville electric overdrive. A replacement exhaust is installed.

The British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate indicates factory colors and options along with a build date in late November, 1959.
