Car to be at Coy's auction 5/09
www.coys.co.uk/auctions/lot.php

Auction description:
Lot 214
Registration Number: OVS781 Chassis Number: HBT7L12544
Rolling off the Abingdon production line in 1961 this Healey was delivered new to Jacksonville, Florida, where it remained until being exported to England in 1993. The car has been with the current owner for the last twelve years where it has resided in a climate controlled garage. As you would expect the car is presented in highly original condition and is supplied with an MoT test certificate, new black soft top and V5 registration document. Despite the lack of paperwork accompanying the car, it is described by the vendor as in sound mechanical condition and would appear to have been restored at some point in the last 25 years. Finished in the very attractive colour combination of black over white ivory with black leather interior, this Healey, sitting on the correct wire wheels, looks striking from every angle.

Estimate: £15000 - £20000

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
