In 2010 this Healey 3000 MK II was bought by its Dutch owner from its first owner in the United States. As a result, the car is for the most part still original; body, engine, gearbox, rear axle and even keys are with matching numbers. Needless to say that this Healey has a Heritage Certificate. In the 12 years with its Dutch owner the Healey has been treasured; no effort or expenses were spared and that is clearly visible. Less than 2000 km ago the engine was completely overhauled by the renowned S+S tuning / Van Giersbergen company for an amount of Euro 15,000 (invoice is present). During the overhaul the original “STD” pistons were found in the engine, which means that this was the engine’s first overhaul. A lot of attention was also paid to the body and the interior while preserving the patina. The car has always been excellently maintained and is therefore ready to be driven. All invoices for completed maintenance work are present.
