This 1960 Austin-Healey 3000 BT7 Convertible received a body-off rotisserie restoration under the previous owner, with the work said to have spanned from his purchase in 2012 until 2020. The car was reportedly stored for 26 years prior to the most recent ownership, though it was occasionally driven by that owner. Selling dealer West Coast Classics says this Healey is mechanically fully sorted for regular driving. This is the BT7 model, which indicates 2+2 seating. It is equipped with the highly desirable and optional Laycock de Normanville overdrive, which can operate on all forward gears and reverse. The car presents as visually stunning in the Olde English Cream exterior with blue interior featuring white piping. “This is a phenomenal example of a ‘Big Healey,’ with the engine running smoothly and responsively,” the seller says. The car is presented with no needs.
