MotoeXotica presents a beautiful 1956 Austin Healey 100-6. This car has been loved dearly a great portion of its life as its previous owner did an entire body off restoration. The recipient of a new basecoat/clearcoat paint job, this Austin Healey is finished in rare Florida Green and Old English White, with three coats of clear and buffed to a high luster, which looks incredible. There are no notable imperfections in this paint job. The chrome on the car is in great condition bearing only minor imperfections but still maintaining a bright luster.

Take a look inside this roadster and you will see that the restoration did not stop on the exterior. All of the black vinyl interior has been reupholstered and looks fantastic. The dash wasn't looked over either and looks great. On this particular Austin Healey, it does have an adjustable steering column. The black convertible top is in excellent condition and looks great.

Under the hood sits a recently rebuilt C-Series Inline 6 Cylinder with a 12 port cylinder head, HD6 carburetors and a Petronix Electronic Ignition System. The wiring harness has also been updated as well as a GM alternator conversion for improved and reliable system charging. Also newly rebuilt, a 4 speed manual is attached to the engine and has an overdrive option that engages with a flip of the switch on the dashboard.

Sitting on 15" painted wire wheels, the wheels and tires really set off the car. The newer P185/65R15 tires have plenty of tread life left on them.
