Current bid $13,100 reserve not met, 10 bids, 5 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
Brighton Motorsports latest offering is this 1967 Austin Healey 3000 BJ8 project car. Our loss should be your gain. We bought this example to restore but due to the recent move of our restoration facility we decided to clean house. This means that you now have the opportunity to give this highly collectible classic the attention it needs. The chassis and body are incredibly solid with no rust perforation. Under the hood you'll see the famous inline 6cyl motor. The drivetrain is present including the overdrive transmission, drive shaft and rear end. This car includes a new dark blue carpet kit, insulation, extra material and seat covers. There are also beautifully finished wood panels for the dashboard. We’ve inspected this car and are happy to report that the body panels all look to be original and the frame doesn’t show any previous damage or repair. The previous owner started to restore the car himself and informed us that the motor has been re-built. We cannot confirm this but the motor does show new paint, gaskets and rubber seals. We have a clear California ownership certificate and will provide a bill of sale.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
